About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Lead Generation Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for researching, qualifying, and maintaining high-quality lead intelligence that directly supports our Business Development and Sales teams. The ideal candidate thrives in process-driven work, is highly organized, and can balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a foundational part in supporting pipeline growth and ensuring the sales team has accurate, actionable data to work with. This is not a support function; it is a foundational role that directly enables pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms preferred
Experience in lead generation, sales operations, or fast-paced environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Evaluate companies against Energy CX’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including ownership structure and energy procurement eligibility
Research, validate, and enrich lead data using CoStar, public records, events, newsletters, and MQLs
Build and maintain accurate, high-quality lead records in HubSpot with complete and consistent data fields
Ensure ongoing accuracy of lead qualification and tiering to support downstream sales activity
Partner with BDR and Sales teams by delivering reliable, well-researched lead intelligence
Consistently meet daily lead volume and data quality standards in a high-throughput environment
