The Lead Functional Consultant will be the primary contact for our customers on all functional requirements and will be the subject matter expert on Icertis ICI and the CLM domain. This is an opportunity to learn the product (ICI) and implementation methodology. The primary goal is to earn the customer's respect and understanding of the Icertis solution and ensure their satisfaction by helping them with design choices that can be supported by the latest release of the product.

Requirements

• This position requires on site presence 5 days per week at our new office in Reston, Virginia.
• This position will be working on US government contracts which require either US Citizens or US Persons (Permanent Residents) depending on the project.
• Additionally, this role may require the ability to obtain and maintain a US government Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers on all functional requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Icertis ICI and the CLM domain.
• Learn the product (ICI) and implementation methodology.
• Earn the customer's respect and understanding of the Icertis solution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by helping them with design choices that can be supported by the latest release of the product.
