About The Position

The EPM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementation of EPM projects as well as support activity. This shall include full cycle implementation of EPM applications. The employee is also responsible for the development and delivery of Oracle Fusion EPM applications including position control, position budgeting, budgetary control, budget preparation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must possess a proven ability to actively engage/lead technical projects to ensure completion on time with high quality
  • Good adaptability/flexibility and teamwork
  • Ability to think creatively and implement ideas
  • Should be detailed and results oriented and possess an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Understand and apply project life cycle process to effectively deliver the business solution
  • Assess situational needs and apply the necessary communication and analytical competencies when interacting with customers and project team members.
  • 1 - 3 years Oracle ERP Fusion Implementation
  • A minimum of 1 -3 years’ experience implementing ERP Functional implementations
  • Knowledge of HCM positions, grade assignments
  • Knowledgeable of OTBI reporting functionality
  • Experience in Oracle Financials, HRMS product families is required.
  • Implementation on hands experience in Budget, nice to have experience in Position Based budget
  • Exp in handling system design and handled integration of EPM with Cloud ERP

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Budget, nice to have experience in Position Based budget
  • Experience is ARCS and FCCS is nice to have
  • Relevant Oracle Certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional Consultant tasks as assigned by the PM related to requirements understanding and completeness, solution proposal, design, development, configuration, unit testing and system testing.
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation for both technical and business users
  • Address high priority user support issues and problem tickets simultaneously.
  • Work with Specialists, Business Analysts, Service Level Managers and Service Providers to refine and improve incident resolution time targets.
