About The Position

Dentsu’s Merkle is seeking a Lead Functional Architect with deep Adobe Workfront expertise to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise work management solutions for global clients. The role combines consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership, helping organizations translate complex business and operational processes into scalable Workfront solutions. It is an architecture role rather than an administrator or pure technical development position. The architect leads discovery, designs enterprise-scale Workfront ecosystems, advises senior stakeholders, and guides implementation teams from strategy through execution. The position requires understanding how Workfront Core, Planning, and Fusion can support enterprise operating models and translating business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. The role provides the opportunity to influence client strategy, shape large-scale Workfront implementations, and advise organizations transforming how work is planned, managed, and delivered. It is listed as full-time and permanent. The work arrangement is hybrid for employees within commuting distance of designated offices, with remote designation possible for those who do not live near an office, depending on role and business needs. The stated annual base salary range is $119,000–$158,750.
