About The Position

This role is for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React JS & Python, based in Austin, TX. The engineer will own the end-to-end frontend delivery for financial applications including forecasting, commitment-tracking, and an executive dashboard/reporting system. This includes being the single accountable owner for UI build and the executive-facing narrative. The role involves leading frontend architecture, building AI-assisted executive dashboards with drill-down capabilities for finance stakeholders, and architecting/developing responsive front-end applications using ReactJS. Additionally, the engineer will architect and develop scalable backend systems and API-driven applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), own the delivery of executive reporting (dashboards, AI-drafted narrative, commentary, exec-ready framing), and contribute to hardening prototype UI work into production. Support will also be provided for post-transition delivery-metric reporting in dashboard form.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in Python and backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience owning both dashboard/UI delivery and executive reporting output.
• Comfort owning frontend architecture decisions independently.

Nice To Haves

• Streamlit or data-visualization library experience.
• Exposure to AI-assisted narrative generation (NLG) tools.
• Prior work on financial or forecasting applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture for the forecasting and commitment-tracking applications.

• Support post-transition delivery-metric reporting (cycle time, AI-generated code quality, defect trends) in dashboard form.
