About The Position

Join a team developing a large-scale, cloud-native platform for a leading telecommunications company serving millions of users worldwide. The Junior Full-Stack Engineer will contribute to a data-intensive Product Information Service focused on APIs, integrations, and scalable distributed systems. The team develops both front-end and back-end components of a modern web application and follows Agile practices, collaborating closely with international engineering and business teams.

The role offers hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, modern front-end and back-end technologies, and enterprise-scale architecture, with mentorship from experienced specialists in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The project supports product-data management and integration across enterprise systems, aiming for reliable and scalable handling of large volumes of information.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience with Python.
• Experience working with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and React.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab CI.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially AKS.
• Familiarity with MCP and RAG-based systems.
• Mathematical background.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of back-end and front-end components of a data-intensive platform.
• Assist in designing and implementing REST APIs and integrations with internal systems.
• Develop and maintain database-related functionality and data-processing logic.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and improve coding practices based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimations, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Continuously improve technical skills with mentorship from senior engineers.
