About The Position

Rezolut is seeking a full time Front Desk Lead at Centrelake in Downey! This position will oversee front desk operations and staff and provide excellent customer service and administrative support. Rezolut is a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services. With focus on four key platforms, our vision is to provide topnotch patient care partnered with innovative technology — to achieve better health outcomes. We provide high-quality, cost-effective, fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging as well as mobile imaging and health services. In each of our regions, we are the best in radiology, offering all radiology services!

Requirements

• Radiology experience
• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a team lead or other leadership role
• Experience working in a radiology healthcare facility
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Display quality customer service by greeting and assisting visitors
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Train and supervise front desk staff
• Assign and delegate tasks as needed
• Act as a liaison between patients and staff
• Monitor office supplies
• Enforce office policies
