Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules during the season, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
  • Able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and works well in a team environment.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Ability to sustain all temperature climates
  • Must have both Customer Service skills and computer skills
  • Minimum 2 years Hospitality experience
  • Able to lead and develop team members
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with computerized booking systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of Front Office department
  • Supervising all daily work & reporting
  • Working knowledge of the facilities, layout, programs, and product line
  • Answering phone calls
  • Ensure that the Front Desk team is on task
  • Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the Front Desk
  • Keeping your manager(s) appraised of all problems or unusual incidents that require prompt action
  • Resolves problems relating to Front Office
  • Enforcing and supporting guest policies
  • Miscellaneous duties relative to the Front Desk, Reservations Office and Guest Hub
  • Maximizing golf cart rentals & assuring that they have been booked accurately
  • Washing and gassing golf carts as needed in all weather conditions
  • Any other task that may be assigned
