LEAD FOOD SERVICE WORKER
About The Position
Care for our community, and your career. This position requires a high school level of knowledge and the ability to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate must be able to read, write, and follow instructions. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Food Service is required. The role demands the ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making, along with a high degree of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities as assigned, and the ability to work under stress. Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a role model and team leader for others.
Requirements
