About The Position

Lead Food Service Worker needed for school food service in the Fairfield, NJ area Monday through Friday, day shift, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm daily. No weekends or holidays, summers off. This role involves preparing and serving meals, vendor ordering, and requires computer skills and the ability to obtain proper documentation to work in schools.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, both hot and cold according to the NSLP guidelines.
• Cooking skills.
• Serving meals.
• Use of personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ordering, inventory, stocking, etc.
• POS/cash handling.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
