About The Position

Floor Coverings International, the #1 flooring franchise in North America and part of FirstService Brands, is growing rapidly. With projected sales of $3M in the next year, we are expanding our team and hiring experienced Lead Flooring Installers. We’re currently building three in-house installation crews and are seeking skilled installers who not only take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service, but excel at leading a team—setting the pace, ensuring quality, and guiding each project to a successful finish.

Requirements

• Flooring installation experience (Lead level)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work
• Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes

Nice To Haves

• Carpet Installers (pattern carpet, wool, residential carpet)
• Hardwood Installers (hardwood, borders, inlays, stairs)
• Tile Installers (floor tile, wall tile, showers, custom work)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead Installer on each project, directing the crew and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly
• Install flooring according to company standards
• Review project scope and prepare job site
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Deliver excellent craftsmanship and customer service
• Ensure every project meets company quality standards
