Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience, in the field or in a related area, is required.
Ability to work productively as a part of a team.
Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to rely on extensive experience to accomplish goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills.
Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include heavy lifting at times.
Ability to periodically assist other team members with movement of equipment weighing up to 600 lbs.via moving dollies.
Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment.
A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations.
Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Use hand tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs, as necessary.
Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
Responsible for adhering to preventive maintenance requirements on equipment; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs, as needed.
Always maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Properly store and maintain production parts, tools, test equipment and documentation.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Accurate and thorough documentation of production and quality forms.
Meet daily production goals.
