Impact Fire Services is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and a good communicator, with the ability to use software-based technology for paperless documentation and establish rapport with customers. This role involves performing NFPA 25 inspections, testing, service, maintenance, repairs, and minor modifications of water-based fire protection systems, including backflow preventer services. The technician will also be responsible for identifying NFPA compliance issues, preparing remediation recommendations, and working collaboratively with field and office staff. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and timely electronic submission of job paperwork. Additionally, responsibilities include planning and organizing job materials and equipment, maintaining a clean work vehicle, and participating in a 24-hour on-call rotation. The role also involves off-hours work during weekdays and weekends as required, adhering to company policies, and providing excellent customer service.
