About The Position

We are looking to hire someone to work in either our Columbus, Ohio or Merrillville, Indiana office with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office). We are also open to hire at the Senior level. A strong candidate brings a blend of FP&A, financial reporting, and business analytics expertise, leveraging advanced Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and automation capabilities to transform complex data into actionable insights. They have a proven record of driving process improvements, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering effectively with stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and measurable business results through a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

Requires four year degree in business discipline
Four years or more experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
Requires multiple functional experience
Requires knowledge of PC applications
Regulatory Finance Acumen - Understand how we make money and how changes to the financial statements flow through and impact customer bills

Nice To Haves

FP&A, financial reporting, and business analytics expertise with strong forecasting, modeling, and performance management experience.
Advanced Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and reporting automation skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
