As Lead Finance Analyst, Global Partner Solutions (GPS), you will provide financial leadership and strategic insight supporting Lumen’s partner‑led growth initiatives within the Commercial organization. This role partners closely with GPS leadership, the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT), Strategy, RevOps, and cross‑functional stakeholders to inform decisions that shape business performance and future investment. Operating within a dynamic, data‑driven environment, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, support enterprise‑wide initiatives and compensation strategies, and enable effective planning, execution, and performance management across the GPS organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional, strategic initiatives beyond traditional FP&A activities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights effectively to senior audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting partner, sales, go‑to‑market, or strategy organizations.
  • Exposure to KPI development, performance management, or executive reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP or enterprise financial systems.
  • Ability to influence through strong collaboration and data‑driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to GPS and AGT leadership, enabling insight‑driven outcomes.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks to measure GPS effectiveness and progress.
  • Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics, translating results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Strategy, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align financial insights with business priorities.
  • Support planning, forecasting, and long‑range analysis, leveraging key GPS drivers and strategic assumptions.
