Requirements

Ability to lead a team.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, walking, bending, and working outdoors in all seasons.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of property maintenance or general labor is preferred but we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance and service requests efficiently and with quality.
Perform routine property care, including grounds maintenance, trash removal, snow removal, clubhouse cleaning, replacing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, and other recurring tasks.
Conduct property inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs.
Work closely with the Field Supervisor to prioritize work and communicate project updates.
Assist teammates with larger clean-out projects and tasks requiring extra support.
Serves as a point person for all field tech related activities.
Update work orders, labor hours, and inspections using our property management software.
Help ensure our communities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Care for company vehicles, tools, equipment, and other resources.
