About The Position

Role Summary As Lead Field Service Technician, you provide hands-on field service while acting as the senior daily resource for Field Service Technicians, helping Distribution leadership keep routes, priorities, and service issues moving smoothly. Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day workflow and assignments, coaching and training technicians, troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment/service concerns, reinforcing safety and documentation standards, and escalating employee, patient, scheduling, or compliance issues to the appropriate Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Prior DME/healthcare delivery/field service experience required
Valid driver’s license
Acceptable driving record
Meet federal CMV eligibility (minimum age 21)
Mechanical aptitude
Safe equipment handling
Strong customer service
Basic computer/mobile device skills
Clear written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated leadership or training experience preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinating day-to-day workflow and assignments

Supporting teammates in the field
Stepping in on urgent needs
Helping untangle documentation or equipment questions
Ensuring the day stays on track
Confirming outstanding items are surfaced early
Ensuring notes are clear
Setting up the team for a safe, organized next day
