As a Lead Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting field service operations to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide and mentor field service technicians while managing complex service tasks and troubleshooting on-site issues. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you will work out of our primary location, in Syracuse, NY on a Hybrid/Remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of field service operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of Honeywell’s service delivery in the Western, NY region.
