About The Position

As a Lead Field Service Fire Technician, you will be responsible for leading service, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, commissioning, and technical support activities for fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and mission-critical customer sites throughout the Syracuse, NY region. You will serve as the technical leader for complex service activities, mentor junior technicians, coordinate field execution, and work directly with customers to ensure system reliability, code compliance, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will lead inspections, repairs, commissioning, upgrades, and acceptance testing of fire alarm systems and related life safety equipment, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Honeywell standards, NFPA codes, local AHJ requirements, and customer expectations.
