The Lead Facility Coordinator provides day-to-day guidance and workflow oversight for Facility Coordinators while maintaining the core duties and responsibilities of the Facility Coordinator role. This position serves as a subject-matter expert and the first point of contact for guidance and issue escalation within the team. The Lead Facility Coordinator supports new hire training, team coaching, and adherence to standard operating procedures, promotes best practices across the team, and partners with the Operations Supervisor to maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
