About The Position

LEAD MAINTENANCE Summary of Responsibilities HVAC Technician/ Lead Maintenance in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make ready process, float and texture, hardware installation, flooring, paint, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, caulking, windows
• Completes the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST prior to commencing work in a make ready by using the right-hand method
• Obtains approval of the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST prior to commencing work
• Utilizes the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST during the make ready by initializing completed scopes
• Completes independent quality reviews for the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST
