About The Position

Dimensional Funds Advisors LP is seeking a Lead ERP Specialist to support the design, development, maintenance, and production support of integrations processed through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Infrastructure with Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle HCM modules, and other third-party applications. This role involves defining integration architecture, exception handling, and error-handling frameworks for OIC projects. The specialist will support the Financial Systems and Finance department by designing and adopting standard operating procedures and best practices. A key aspect of this role is driving continuous business/process improvement and efficiency by utilizing Oracle AI Agents, Oracle Generative AI, and OCI AI Services to implement AI-driven automation and business intelligence features. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, leveraging strong communication skills and the ability to build robust working relationships with end-users of Oracle Cloud and other financial systems. Additionally, the role involves building and customizing applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion functionalities, preparing technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation reports. The Lead ERP Specialist will ensure adherence to Oracle development standards, best practices, and project timelines, while also providing ongoing production support and issue resolution for integrations and cloud applications. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days that may be worked from a home office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 8 years of experience as a SQL developer to design, develop, and maintain database systems, build and optimize databases to ensure data reliability and accessibility for our application developers and reporting teams.
4 years of experience in end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation experience that demonstrates the ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, etc. in the design, development, and deployment of OIC solutions into a production environment.
2 years of experience as an Oracle VBCS/OIC Developer to design, build, and deploy custom applications.
2 years of experience with VBCS and integrating applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or other enterprise systems.
2 years of experience to develop and customize reports using Oracle Reports (BIP and OTBI) and HCM Extracts.
1 year of experience building, deploying, and operating highly scalable and reliable AI powered cloud services and applications using OCI AI Services (e.g., Generative AI, Language, Vision).

Responsibilities
