About The Position

The Lead Equipment Operator for Stormwater Maintenance plans, prepares, and executes assigned tasks and projects, including coordinating materials, equipment, utility locates, traffic control, purchasing, crew productivity, and site safety. The role includes field supervision and collaboration with engineers, team members, residents, businesses, and other internal and external stakeholders. The operator cleans, maintains, and performs minor repairs on stormwater infrastructure and related assets, including storm sewers, inlets and catch basins, manholes, channels, swales, and permanent stormwater quality treatment measures.
