Reporting to the Senior Lead, Environment, the Lead, Environment is responsible for the management and execution of compliance, regulatory permitting, and internal standards at our Cardinal River mine. This role will also be responsible for embedding continuous improvement by utilizing and adapting best practices and moving those practices forward. There is potential opportunity to also support EVRâs other closure property, Bullmoose mine. To be successful, we require someone who can multitask, stay organized, and support multiple scopes within a fast-paced team environment. The successful individual is self-motivated and possesses strong attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making abilities. This role involves collaborating with contractors, regulators and other stakeholders on various initiatives and programs, thus a flexible attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and enhance compliance, environmental programs, and permitting.
