The Lead, Enterprise Skills Development will lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide skills development initiatives, leveraging AI and skills intelligence to build personalized, scalable development solutions that enable employees and leaders to grow in line with AT&T’s shift to a skills-based organization. This role sits on a newly formed team driving AT&T’s transition to a skills-based, AI-enabled development model. As a Lead, Enterprise Skills Development, you will play a hands-on role in building and delivering scalable programs that develop critical skills across the workforce. You will partner closely across HR, the business, and the broader Talent & Development team to translate enterprise skills strategy into practical development experiences—using AI, data, and modern platforms to personalize learning, accelerate capability building, and improve workforce agility.
