This role leads role and skills mapping at scale and influences how skills are defined, governed, and applied across the organization to enable data‑driven talent decisions today and prepare the workforce for what’s next. Positioned within the Learning & Development organization, this role connects skills intelligence to workforce planning, learning strategy, career pathways, and talent mobility. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and IT to ensure skills data remains relevant in a rapidly evolving environment, particularly as AI accelerates role change, creates new capabilities, and shifts proficiency expectations.
