Lead Engineer- Product Definition

GE VernovaGreenville, SC
$89,300 - $148,700

About The Position

The Services Product Definition Engineering (PDE) team is responsible for the assembly and system integration of Gas Turbine Accessory System CAD models into Conversion, Modifications, and Uprates (CMU) projects. These projects are designed to improve the power output, running efficiency, and reliability of the existing Gas Turbine fleet. As part of GE Vernova's Product Definition team, you'll lead the development of innovative technical solutions, automation software, and processes that power the Digital Thread — the connected flow of product data from design through manufacturing. But this isn't just about writing code or building tools. You'll mentor and guide team members, set the technical direction, and serve as a key connector between design engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing — translating complex challenges into solutions that actually work at scale. Partnership is at the heart of this role. You'll build and sustain strong working relationships across adjacent engineering teams and the supply chain, driving collaboration that moves Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) technology forward. The ideas you champion and the alliances you build will shape how GE Vernova designs and delivers the energy systems the world depends on.
