Lead Engineer - Platform

About The Position
As a Lead Engineer, you will work directly with our CTO and technical CEO, help design and build key parts of the Costa platform, and help drive strategic initiatives and make fundamental architectural decisions. Ultimately, you will help us create a world where it is easy to share information with good actors and easy to protect it from bad ones. Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Familiarity with Ruby (Rails), Go or Python, Terraform, Stimulus JS and Turbo, Docker
- Experience with both backend and frontend development
- Familiarity with networking and security concepts
- An understanding of cloud and hybrid deployment and infrastructure
