About The Position
As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will oversee and support engineering teams in developing, testing, and maintaining products. You will lead technical tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive the adoption of new technologies to ensure quality and reliability. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ Deer Valley location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering operations, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail will drive innovation and continuous improvement within our engineering teams.
