About The Position

This posting is intended to gather expressions of interest from experienced Electrical Engineers (P.Eng.) for anticipated opportunities expected to arise over the next 3–6 months. While an immediate vacancy may not be available, we are building relationships with talented professionals who are interested in joining our growing Rail + Transit team as new projects and hiring needs materialize. At TYLin, we are helping deliver the next generation of sustainable transportation infrastructure across Canada. As transit agencies continue investing in electrified rail networks, modern transit systems, and resilient transportation infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Electrification Lead (P.Eng.) to join our growing Rail + Transit team. This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in one of the most important transformations occurring in transportation today - the shift toward cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable transit systems. From traction power and overhead contact systems to substations, power distribution, and complex electrical infrastructure, you will help shape projects that will define how Canadians move for generations. As a senior technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing TYLin's electrification capabilities across Canada while supporting some of the country's most ambitious rail and transit programs. If you are passionate about electrified transportation, thrive on solving complex engineering challenges, and are excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
