About The Position

R & T Yoder Electric, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time experienced Lead Electrician. As a Lead Electrician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms and a company vehicle. Requirements

4+ years of electrical field experience
Knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems, NEC, and local codes
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms
Service-oriented
Ability to establish a good rapport with people
Respectful of others and their personal property
Punctual and reliable
Takes pride in work
