About The Position
Hoekstra Electrical Services is growing and seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join their Industrial and Commercial Service team. The role involves leading a crew of 2-3 team members and training/mentoring candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Industrial/Commercial service experience
- Experience with equipment power and data drops
- Control wiring and troubleshooting skills
- VFD configuration and troubleshooting experience
- High attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lead a crew of 2–3 team members
- Ability to review and interpret electrical plans
- A valid driver’s license and insurability
- Willingness to train and mentor the right candidate
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
