About The Position

As a Lead Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading and managing facility electrical engineering projects within our engineering test services organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems supporting our engines and power systems customers. The lead engineer will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, improve processes, and achieve project objectives. You will report directly to the engineering manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix Engines location on a hybrid 3/2 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to execute high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced testing. Your technical leadership, project management skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry.
