About The Position

Our school is growing and we need two new Preschool and PreK Teachers! We are interviewing daily to find Lead and Assistant Teachers to support all ages. We are gearing up for our fourth school year and our incredible faculty has grown so much in that time! We are now looking to add additional support to our growing school with a new Lead Preschool and PreK Teacher for our future growth plans during this school year! Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students. While building our faculty, we will provide all teachers the opportunity to explore various ages and developmental levels as we find ideal mutual fits for each teacher. Requirements

Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care
Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students
Experienced with positive classroom management techniques

Nice To Haves

Pennsylvania Level 1 or 2 Certificate, or Nursery/PreK, preferred
Excited to learn from a growing team
Passionate about high-quality education to our youngest learners

Responsibilities

Implementing and adapting existing lesson plans
Implementing and creating daily lesson plans using Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum
Playing hands on with students in large and small group settings
Collaborating with Assistant Teachers and other classrooms in the school
Supporting children leading their own learning through play
