About The Position

The Mary T Family of Companies has an opening for a Lead DSP - Site Supervisor at our group home in Bloomington, MN. The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the group home site, including providing direct cares for residents, as well as assist with daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling as needed. Candidates must be able to flex their hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and/or weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must have the ability to pass a background check through DHS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Three (3) years of group home experience
• At least one (1) year of management/scheduling experience
