About The Position

This is a working leadership position and an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking future advancement into Assistant Station Leader and Station Leader roles. At SkyHop Global, safety is non-negotiable. We are looking for professionals who understand that transporting airline crew members safely is our most important responsibility.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older. (under 25 must have professional driving experience)
Valid U.S. Driver's License.
Clean Background check
Clean driving record- No moving violations for 3 years/ no accidents for 3 years
Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Customer-service mindset with a professional attitude.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Personal cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, and similar electronic devices are prohibited while operating company vehicles.
Drivers must remain fully focused on the road at all times. Violations of this policy may result in immediate corrective action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities

Assist Station Leadership with daily operations.
Support onboarding and training of new drivers.
Serve as a safety ambassador and role model.
Help monitor service quality and operational standards.
Assist with fleet readiness and communication between drivers and leadership.
Coach and mentor team members while maintaining a professional and positive culture.
