About The Position

PDX Movers is hiring experienced Lead Drivers to help lead our Houston moving crews. If you're a reliable driver with leadership experience, enjoy staying active, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. This position is ideal for individuals with moving, logistics, delivery, transportation, or crew leadership experience who are ready to take ownership of their team and grow into higher-level leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass driver qualification requirements (2 plus years with a license, no major violations pas 5 years)
• Previous moving, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100+ pounds
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company moving trucks
• Lead residential and commercial moving crews
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings
• Train and mentor newer team members
• Communicate with customers and management throughout each move
• Maintain company safety and service standards
