About The Position

The Sr/Lead .NET Azure Developer will lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable .NET applications. This role involves writing clean and well-documented code, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements. The developer will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and maintain integrations with third-party systems. Continuous learning and improvement of development practices are essential.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET and Azure development.
• Experience in application development.
• Experience leading application development.
• Experience with government enterprise application management and customization.
• Clean, efficient coding practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• 8 years of recent experience with Microsoft .NET/Azure development.
• 5 years of application development experience.
• 2 years of application development lead experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with government systems such as Accela or OpenGov.
• Local government experience.
