About The Position

The Agile Development Group is seeking a Division Analyst to support a highly dynamic division, which includes diverse business models, government contracts, customers, and missions. The Division Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analysis activities. This is a high visibility position where the candidate will work closely with Division, Sector, and Segment leadership to make meaningful contributions to the continued success of the business.

Requirements

Must have a strong financial analysis skill set
Possess strong communication skills (oral, written, listening); should be capable of making presentations to internal customers and management
Software knowledge required: PeopleSoft & Queries, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Planning, CRM
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interfacing and forming working relationships with the senior management staff
Must have good organizational skills and be capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks
Self-motivated and able to proactively solve complex problems in a timely manner
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting with 9 plus years of Program Finance or Cost Accounting experience / relevant experience OR Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

Should have a good understanding of the usage of the various types of discretionary financial resources (IR&D, Direct Selling, B&P, Capital, OH)
