About The Position

We are a busy and growing Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric Company seeking an awesome Lead Dispatcher to assist our Service Technicians. This role requires a professional with excellent telecommunication and social skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask. The Lead Dispatcher will be responsible for controlling the schedule board, maintaining clear communication with Service Technicians and the CSR Team, and managing the whereabouts of all Service Trucks. Requirements

  • 3-years plus Dispatching on Plumbing, HVAC, Drain or Electric experience.
  • SERVICE TITAN Experience

Responsibilities

  • Always be Professional and establish Customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
  • Control the schedule board.
  • Maintain excellent ('Trusting') communications with Service Technicians.
  • Always assist and support Service Technicians.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the CSR Team.
  • Support your Call Center TEAM when necessary.
  • Manage the whereabouts of ALL Service Trucks in the daily field at ALL times.
  • Keep a close eye on the Daily Scheduler – AT ALL TIMES!!
  • Check Scheduled Appointments for corrections and/or missed information!
  • Classify info correctly into Service Titan for Scheduled Appointments.
  • Evaluate Customer scheduled appointments: CONFIRM and match correct Technician to correct Call.
  • Relay accurate information to Technicians, ensuring proficient, quality Customer experience.
  • Direct communication with Customers.
  • Update Customers throughout the day on the Technician’s progress.
  • Close out Service Technicians in the system.
  • Respond to Customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
  • Ensure 5-Star Review – Immediately following close-out of job.
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving Customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Assist/Support Service Technicians, CSR Team, Management, Accounting and Owner.
  • Complete Dispatch Metrics daily/weekly.
  • Always Giving Customers 5-Star Service & Care!
