This role leads a finance team responsible for preparing and delivering financial statements used by external audiences. The position ensures all reports meet regulatory, professional, and company standards. You will oversee consolidation activities, including reviewing journal entries, eliminating intercompany transactions, and combining divisional and subsidiary results for accurate internal and external reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance
  • Strong execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting work)
  • Strong business intelligence capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
  • Growth mindset with the ability to develop yourself and others
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in reinsurance or health insurance
  • Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team preparing periodic financial statements
  • Ensure financial reports comply with regulations, standards, and company policies
  • Review and audit consolidation journal entries
  • Eliminate intercompany transactions
  • Consolidate divisional and subsidiary financial results accurately and on time
