Requirements
- 7-10 years of work experience in healthcare or a related field.
- In depth understanding of safety and/or operations concepts and metrics in retail
- At least 6 years of experience in a leadership role, leading Data Science teams in a product-based organization
- Demonstrated expertise in optimization techniques, GenAI, ML modeling, and statistical analysis applied to large scale prescription dispensing datasets
- Strong Python, R, and SQL skills, proficiency in working with large datasets,
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead and engage in multiple projects and initiatives and appropriately, prioritize her/his own time as well as that of the direct reports, and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the short and long-term data science roadmap and vision in partnership with the pharmacy growth organization
- Oversee the development of analytics solutions that deploy advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence methods for a wide range of growth initiatives.
- Leverage technology depth to engage with key leaders across the enterprise to identify new applications of GenAI and AgenticAI
- Develop and present meaningful and insights-driven materials on analytical results with recommendations and go forward planning to guide a variety of audiences including internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Develop and mentor data scientists, contribute to their learning and training agenda, knowledge sharing, and provide input on technology stack
