This position leads financial operations with a focus on manufacturer formulary rebates and related revenue. It ensures accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with accounting standards. The role involves managing and developing a high‑performing finance team and partnering with leadership to support planning and decision‑making.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills.
Experience with business intelligence and financial analysis.
Proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Growth mindset with experience developing others.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial statements.
Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital planning
Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and long‑term planning.
Communicate financial results, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders.
Improve accounting systems and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
Manage, develop, and evaluate team performance.
Lead workforce planning and succession efforts to support business needs.
