This position leads financial operations with a focus on manufacturer formulary rebates and related revenue. It ensures accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with accounting standards. The role involves managing and developing a high‑performing finance team and partnering with leadership to support planning and decision‑making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and financial analysis.
  • Proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Growth mindset with experience developing others.

  • CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial statements.
  • Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital planning
  • Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and long‑term planning.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Improve accounting systems and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Manage, develop, and evaluate team performance.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession efforts to support business needs.
