About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Recreational Therapy preferred, NADD certificate accepted).
  • Proven experience implementing behavior support a plus!
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass comprehensive background clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and lead individualized support plans built around the person’s specific interests, strengths, and sensory needs.
  • Utilize and lead evidence-based, positive strategies to promote emotional regulation and de-escalation.
  • Act as a bridge to the Lititz community, facilitating social participation that is both purposeful and dignified.
  • Maintain high-level data collection and narrative reporting to track support needs, trends, and milestones.
