About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Recreational Therapy preferred, NADD certificate accepted).
Proven experience implementing behavior support a plus!
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass comprehensive background clearances.

Responsibilities

Implement and lead individualized support plans built around the person’s specific interests, strengths, and sensory needs.
Utilize and lead evidence-based, positive strategies to promote emotional regulation and de-escalation.
Act as a bridge to the Lititz community, facilitating social participation that is both purposeful and dignified.
Maintain high-level data collection and narrative reporting to track support needs, trends, and milestones.
