The Lead Dining Services Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service to all residents and guests in the dining room during meal times. This role involves serving, cleaning, hospitality, and waiting/bussing tables in the Dining Room, Bistro, and during meetings and special events. The Lead Server may also prepare salads and desserts. A key aspect of this position is leadership, including providing training to other team members, assisting in onboarding new hires, offering general work direction, and serving as a resource for questions from other team members.
