About The Position

The mission of The Waters is 'To create a sense of community where everyone THRIVES'. The Lead Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters Senior Living. The Lead Server will train and mentor other Servers, and possess leadership qualities, assisting in providing work direction for the Server team. This role offers a fine dining experience similar to a five-star hotel, allowing for the development of relationships with seniors in an engaging and fun work environment.

Requirements

Basic knowledge in areas of safety, sanitation, chemical use
Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
Company paid CBRF Certification

Responsibilities

Provide upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests
Respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner
Professionally represent The Waters Senior Living
Train and mentor other Servers
Possess leadership qualities, assisting in providing work direction for the Server team
Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner
Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
Help provide direction to the Dining Server Team
Create a fine dining atmosphere
