About The Position

Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems, enterprise data, and reporting. Enables delivery of the EHS strategy through technology, analytics, and integrated digital platforms.

Requirements

Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and .NET.
Strong data architecture and analytics skills.
Experience delivering enterprise digital initiatives.
Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).
Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.
Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day digital and IT projects supporting EHS systems.
Develop contingency plans for system integration, data integrity, and adoption risks.
Directs cross-functional teams across IT, data, and business stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet EHS and business reporting objectives.
Ensures adherence to quality, governance, and IT processes.
Owns architecture and lifecycle of enterprise EHS systems and datasets.
Leads dashboards and analytics using tools like Power BI and SharePoint.
Delivers full lifecycle projects including UAT, rollout, and training.
Collaborates across IT and EHS to build scalable solutions.
Leads data governance and validation activities.
Supports EHS compliance through systems and reporting.
