About The Position

Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems, enterprise data, and reporting. Enables delivery of the EHS strategy through technology, analytics, and integrated digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and .NET.
  • Strong data architecture and analytics skills.
  • Experience delivering enterprise digital initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
  • Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
  • Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
  • Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).
  • Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.
  • Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day digital and IT projects supporting EHS systems.
  • Develop contingency plans for system integration, data integrity, and adoption risks.
  • Directs cross-functional teams across IT, data, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables meet EHS and business reporting objectives.
  • Ensures adherence to quality, governance, and IT processes.
  • Owns architecture and lifecycle of enterprise EHS systems and datasets.
  • Leads dashboards and analytics using tools like Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Delivers full lifecycle projects including UAT, rollout, and training.
  • Collaborates across IT and EHS to build scalable solutions.
  • Leads data governance and validation activities.
  • Supports EHS compliance through systems and reporting.
