About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager in Marketing Products and Execution. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have broad enterprise impact. You will act as a key participant in large-scale planning, reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas. You will influence digital strategy for the business line, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas, requiring a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and/or compliance requirements. You will lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. You will strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You may also lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience in QA strategy and execution for enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with Pega CDH and decisioning/channel testing
  • Proven ability to lead and manage offshore QA teams (India preferred)
  • Expertise in test automation, API, integration, and regression testing
  • Experience validating real-time decisioning and omni-channel platforms
