Job Summary Join Cat Digital Fleet & Operations Solutions (DF&OS) Team and play a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful introduction and performance of Caterpillar digital products. As a Lead Digital Operations Support Analyst, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) field readiness and post-launch performance management, ensuring new digital solutions meet customer experience expectations. This role serves as the primary bridge between field feedback, product teams, and engineering during early adoption, driving rapid issue detection, structured field follow initiatives, and continuous improvement.
