Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong SQL and analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets; proficiency in Python or R is a plus.
  • Familiarity with clickstream data, i.e. Adobe Analytics/CJO, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc
  • Familiarity with AB testing tools & associated data, i.e. Optimizely, Target, Statsig, Eppo
  • Experience with digital, customer, product, marketing, or experimentation analytics and the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and BI tools, measurement frameworks, data quality practices, and analytical documentation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical partners.
  • Qualified candidate living outside a 50 mile radius can plan to work remote.

Responsibilities

  • Turn customer behavior and performance data into a prioritized pipeline of experiment opportunities and clear evidence on what improves digital journeys.
  • Analyze clickstream, funnel, journey, conversion, engagement, and experience data to identify friction points and high-value testing opportunities.
  • Quantify opportunity size and develop baselines that support experiment prioritization and roadmap planning.
  • Partner with Experimentation Science to define hypotheses, metrics, guardrails, segments, and analytical requirements before launch.
  • Create pre/post and exploratory analyses that help teams understand why an experiment performed as it did and what to test next.
  • Build recurring views of experimentation portfolio performance, learning velocity, win rates, and realized value.
  • Identify tagging, telemetry, and data quality gaps that impede reliable experiment measurement.
  • Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for product, design, marketing, and growth partners.
